If you join the Bright List, we collect your email address, the date and source of your signup, and your consent status. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and the technical information needed to deliver and protect the form.
How information is used
We use Bright List information to send occasional news about Lara Brightside, including music, behind-the-scenes updates, and related announcements. We use contact-form information to read and respond to inquiries. Limited technical information may be used to keep the website secure and improve the experience.
Email and service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Bright List subscriptions are managed by MailerLite. Contact messages will be delivered by the transactional provider selected before launch. Website measurement is provided by Vercel Web Analytics.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand broad activity such as page visits, link clicks, and successful form submissions. Contact messages, full email addresses, and other sensitive form content are not intentionally sent to analytics. An embedded Spotify player is provided by Spotify and may connect to Spotify’s services when the page loads or when you use the player. Spotify handles that activity under its own privacy terms.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with providers that help operate this website and its communications, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Bright List information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited records needed to honour your preferences or meet legal obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prevent abuse, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Bright List emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to applicable law.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
